Second Anglo Burmese War British India General Service Medal with Pegu Clasp, awarded to Willm Eaton 51st KO LT INF some indentation/deformation to the medal rim.
Eaton served with 51st Kings Own Light Infantry which was deployed to Burma in 1852 to fight in the Second Anglo Burmese War. The regiment was part of an expeditionary force that captured the City of Rangoon. Later the British Army captured the entire province of Pegu which was subsequently annexed in the closing stages of the war in 1853
