A Circa Late 19th century French Danel Et Cie Paris Bebe size 5 bisque headed doll, with blue glass eyes, painted lashes, painted feather brows, pierced ears, painted closed mouth and auburn wig. Fully jointed wood and composition body, with swivel wrists. Dressed in maroon / burgundy corduroy jacket, cream decorated gown, underclothes, red bonnet and one shoe / sock. Marked "Tete Deposee" Paris - Bebe No.5 to back of head, and marked Paris Bebe Depose with Eiffel Tower image to back of Torso. Many faults to doll noted, Including damage to hands / fingers / feet, missing shoe and sock, cracks around joints, chip to one ear, marking to face, wig loose in places, damage to shoe, etc. Approximately 36cm tall.
